What am I buying?

Can I use the asset on more than one server?

Only if the product page or EULA expressly allows it. Otherwise, products are licensed according to the license type stated at purchase.

Can I edit or modify the files?

Are purchases refundable?

Because GTAAssets sells digital downloads, purchases are generally final once the product is delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

What happens if I bought the wrong product?

Contact us with your order number. We may review the request, but accidental purchases are not guaranteed to be refunded or exchanged once digital access has been provided.

What should I do if my download link does not work?

Do products include installation support?

Basic installation guidance may be provided where available. Custom setup, server configuration, third-party conflicts, and heavily modified files are not included unless separately agreed.

Are updates included?

Updates are not guaranteed unless stated on the product page. Some products may receive fixes, revisions, or improvements at GTAAssets’ discretion.

Can my license be revoked?
