GTAAssets.com creates and distributes 100% original 3D models, textures, and UI assets, built entirely in-house and without using or modifying any proprietary assets belonging to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other third party. (I can’t believe how many Sims outfits are being reused out there…)

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all products are original, R* term-compliant, and safe for use on community servers.

However, all assets are provided “as-is” without warranty, express or implied. While we strive to remain completely strike-free, sadly, GTAAssets.com cannot guarantee that our products will never be subject to third-party claims, platform policy changes, DMCA notices, or unforeseen copyright reviews.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of assets complies with their platform’s rules, local laws, and the terms of any third-party services they interact with (e.g., FiveM, RageMP, game publishers, etc.).

By downloading or using our products, you agree that GTAAssets.com is not liable for any damages, takedowns, suspensions, losses, or legal actions arising from the use or misuse of our assets. If any concerns are raised, we are committed to working collaboratively, in good faith, to resolve issues whenever reasonably possible.

TL;DR Using and/or downloading our assets means you accept that:

You understand we try to keep everything strike-free.
We’re not responsible if a platform disagrees.
You won’t send Merryweather after us.
You take full responsibility for how you integrate it.
Your use of our assets is at your own discretion, and GTAAssets.com cannot be held responsible for takedowns, suspensions, or any legal or financial impacts that may result. We will always do our best to help resolve issues in a fair and reasonable way if they arise.

We’ll always work with you in good faith if concerns pop up—
but ultimately, your server and/or community is your responsibility.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GTAAssets.com (the “Site”) and purchasing or downloading any assets (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or its Products.

2. Original Content

All Products offered by GTAAssets.com are 100% original and created in-house.
We do not use, modify, distribute, or include any proprietary assets from Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or other third-party rights holders.

GTAAssets.com is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other external entity.

3. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product(s) on your server or project.

You may:

Use assets on your personal, public/whitelisted or community server
Display them in gameplay, screenshots, or media

You may NOT:

Resell, Modify, Redistribute, or Repackage our assets
Share the files publicly, including via Discord, forums, or cloud links
Claim the assets as your own creation
Use the assets in any way that violates applicable laws or platform rules

Any unauthorized redistribution or resale will result in immediate revocation of the license and possible legal action.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All GTAAsset products, files, images, materials, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of GTAAssets.com unless otherwise disclosed.
Purchasing an asset grants usage rights—not ownership.

5. Liability Limitation

GTAAssets.com provides all Products “as-is” and without warranty.
While we make every effort to ensure the assets are original and legally safe, we cannot guarantee immunity from DMCA notices, strikes, platform enforcement, or third-party claims.

GTAAssets.com is not liable for:

Takedowns, suspensions, or bans
Damages or losses to servers, platforms, or communities
Legal disputes arising from misuse or external platform policies

Users assume all responsibility for how Products are used.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

Duplicate purchases
File corruption or download issues that cannot be resolved

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decrypt, or extract proprietary methods from the Site
Interfere with Site functionality or security
Use Products in malicious, harmful, or illegal activities

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity conducted under your account is assumed to be authorized by you.
